When we broke ground amidst the 2008/09 economic crisis, and at the Owner’s request to tighten schedule and budget, financing became increasingly strict. In one of our finest moments of connecting and collaborating with a project team, we finished construction 4 months ahead of schedule and used only a fraction of their 1% contingency.
