We thrive on finding possibility in the impossible.
It’s a saying as old as the ground we break..."think outside the box". But at Ethos, we try to imagine that there is no box. Sometimes the answers are right in front of you ...you just need somebody else to see it for you.
Ethos worked alongside a southern Oregon County faced a small grant-funded budget allowing only one small project for the year. The State offered upgrades through a different funding source. By creatively scoping and portioning a larger vision, Ethos facilitated leveraging both budgets resulting in a more desirable project that the county actually needed.
Douglas County | County budget: $412,000 | State budget: $850,000 | Total Project Cost: $1,191,000
Ethos’s 20+ years of outside-insight gives our clients more chances to build and more potential for expansion. We assist in obtaining grants and incentives to fund projects by operating with a innovative knowledge of the industry few others have.
We were brought in on a project that found Columbia County funding more than 50% of their project with a loan. After Ethos pushed to ensure optimal funding and meshed together an arsenal of grants and funding sources, the bottom line led to a virtually no-cost project for the county.
Columbia County | Total project cost: $1,400,000 | Amount funded through grants: $600,000 | Additional grants facilitated: $600,000 | Total cost to County: Approximately $200,000
Ethos never looks at its buildings as projects...we know better than that. We see them as an opportunity to create your next opportunity. To find a better way of doing things to save you time, resources and budget. So, yes, while we may consider ourselves project managers...that doesn’t mean we can’t also be visionaries. More?
